Refund policy

Returns

Our customers can easily inform us of any unworn / unused or faulty items that they want to return. Unworn and unused items may be returned up to 14 days from order (see exceptions to this below).  This can be done by emailing sales@bellabops.co.uk with your order number, name and address and reason for return, plus any details of items that you would like to exchange. EXCHANGES ARE ENTIRELY DEPENDENT UPON CURRENT STOCK LEVELS OTHERWISE A REFUND MAY BE ISSUED.   You must also return the goods with the original packing slip noting on there your reasons for return and in original packaging. No products may be returned without completing this first.  Returns of such goods are at the customers own cost and they will not be refunded until the item is received back in satisfactory re-saleable condition.  Orders returned with no, or insufficient, postage on them will have the costs of collection deducted from the refund. We advise always getting a proof of posting too.

If you have a faulty item, please email us on sales@bellabops.co.uk and we will do what we can to replace or refund this item.  We may ask you to return the item for inspection at our cost.

SALE ITEMS - can only be returned for store credit.

PERFECTLY IMPERFECT ITEMS - these are sold on a non-return basis (except where non recorded fault is present and does not affect your statutory rights).

FREE ITEMS - any item gifted 'free' as part of a promotion must be returned in new condition as well.  Otherwise the cost of that item will be deducted from your refund.

GIFT CARDS - gift cards are non-refundable and exempt from refunds.

SUNGLASSES - by agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to abide by the care instructions for the sunnies.  We reserve the right to test any returned 'faulty' sunnies for mis-use and unadvised care before refunding.  You also agree that you will read the 'Important information' leaflet enclosed with the sunglasses. Care instructions can be found here .... .  

SOCKS - for hygiene reasons, any unsealed socks cannot be returned unless faulty.

Multi-save offer returns

Any returns and the value refunded will be the value paid for the item at the discounted rate. 
 
An example would be 2 for £40 sunglasses:
 
Paid £40, but returned one pairs.  The leggings standard price is £25.00.  You will be refunded £40 less £25.00 (for the sunglasses you have kept), to equal a refund of £15.00.  
 
Faulty multi-save offers must be returned in full.
 

Cancelling your order

A customer may cancel an UNFULFILLED order at any time. If the consumer cancels their order, Bellabops will reimburse to the customer all payments received from them, including the costs of delivery  without undue delay and in any event not later than 21 days from the day on which Bellabops is informed about the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the sale. Bellabops will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as the consumer used for the initial transaction unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the consumer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Orders that hat have been dispatched already must be returned in full resalable condition before reimbursement of the order is made. Return postage is at the customers own cost. Orders returned with no, or insufficient, postage of them will incur a deduction from the refund value of the costs of collection. We also advise getting proof of posting.
