Shipping policy

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTERING THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.  NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN WHERE THE ITEMS HAVE GONE TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS DUE TO AN ERROR ENTERED IN THE ADDRESS.

YOU ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY 'SAFEPLACE' AGREED WITH OUR COURIERS.

Shipping address - if you wish to have a different shipping address to billing address, please enter your shipping address in the Checkout page. PLEASE DO NOT JUST CHANGE IT IN PAYPAL.  Our label printer picks up the addresses from our website, not PayPal.

Our 'in stock' items are sent by Royal Mail second class post.  This can mean that they take up to 10 working days to arrive.  We will not issue any refunds prior to the 10 working day deadline.

Our printed tops come direct from our printers and can take up to 10 days to arrive.

Customs Charges and Import Taxes

These are to be paid by the customer on request by the courier or official authority.  BellaBops does not take advance payment of any customs charges or import taxers that are incurred.  These charges are over and above the purchase of the goods.
